Welcome Message

Director's Welcome

At CDC, we hope to guide students through the process of educational, career as well as personal discovery to achieve their goals of getting employed upon graduation. Our resources and programmes are designed to serve the need to develop the employability attributes framework, continuously conducting holistic and integrated activities that embeds graduate employability core skills and graduate employability competency that have been aligned with the needs of industry.

Our structured and also one-off programmes and activities are aimed to enable students to demonstrate characteristics that will enable them to compete for jobs both in the public and private sectors. Students can also schedule an appointment with our career counsellors to address all aspects of career development such as choosing the right career path or field, career changing, networking, cover letter and resume writing, interviewing, finding internship, applying to graduate school or job searching.

The CDC also maintains a database of names/resumes of students seeking employment. For potential employers, feel free to direct any questions about this matter to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please note that you must obtain permission of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni) first before we can refer any data/resumes to you. There are also other effective ways of recruiting our students for employment and internship positions such as walk-in interviews conducted with the help of our staff.
